Valentine Card set

My little guys is feeling lots better today so I was able to play in my craftroom during nap time. Yay! Today I decided to make some super cute and simple cards for my kids. My kids love it when I leave little notes for them in their backpacks. :)
For these cards I really wanted to use some stickers I've had for awhile but have not had a chance to use. When I remembered that I had them I knew that they would go perfectly with Scrappy moms new "Crazy for you" stamp set.

Here is a picture of the whole stamp set. It has so many cute and fun sentiments.

One last thing, Scrappy Moms is now selling action Wobbles in their store!! Swing by and check them out. :)

I hope you enjoyed my project and have a great day! :)

Be My valentine?

Today I really wanted to spend some quality time in my craftroom but unfortunately my baby has been very sick and cranky so spending alot of time was not going to happen. I did get lucky and was able to send about 15 minutes before he started crying and needed to be snuggled. This is what I was able to come up with. It is very simple but i still like how it came out.
I'm hoping he starts to feel better tomorrow and I can spend more time tomorrow playing with my Cricut, Sugar . :)
I hope you enjoyed and have a great night.

RECIPE
Mats: Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels 17
Paper: Bo Bunny Crush Line
Stamps: Scrappy Moms "Crazy for you"

If you have come from Lezlye's at Ink and Paper Creations then you are in the right place. However, if you just happened to swing by you will want to start at the beginning at Melanie's blog so as not to miss any of the wonderful creations. :)

Today the design team and I will be showcasing the "Crazy For You" stamp set.
For my project I really wanted to use the " Made For Each Other" sentiment. (It's one of my favorites!)

For this project the milk carton came from The Cutting Cafe. The brown band was made with the Threading Water punch. The hearts were cut from the Cricut "Love Struck 2010" cartridge and I cut the cookie from the Cricut "Sesame Street and Friends" cartridge. Both of the sentiments are from the "Crazy For You" set.
I just love how this turned out!!
Here is the full stamp set that we are showcasing. You will also have the chance to win this set if you comment on this post. Every blog you comment on in the hop gives to another chance to win. The winner will be announced on the Scrappy Moms blog. :)
To celebrate being a Guest Designer for Scrappy Moms this month I also wanted to give away a little something. One lucky winner will be receiving this 2 pack of embossing folders. I'll be announcing the winner on Monday. :)

Scrappy Moms January Stamp Release!!

Happy Friday Everyone!
Today is Scrappy Moms January release! I am loving this new stamp set!!

For today's release I made 2 projects to showcase this set.
Here is my first project.

For the card I cut the image from the Cricut Father's Day Cartridge. The Pattern paper is from Bo Bunny's Crush line and the sentiment is from Scrappy Mom's "Crazy for you" set.

For my Second project, I made little goodie bags for my daughter's dance class.

Here they are before. These little purses are from the dollar bin at Michael's and came with buttons in them.

Here they are after. I peeled off all of the stickers and then lined the insides with paper from Bo Bunny's Crush line, Filled the inside with chocolate kisses, and stamped the super cute sentiment then finished them off with some polka dot ribbon. These were so easy and fun!!
To see more fabulous inspiration please swing by scrappy Moms and check out the Design team members projects and leave them some love.

Please come back tomorrow for Scrappy Moms Valentine's blog hop.

Absolutely Fabulous!

I made today's card to enter into the Simply-Crafts challenge. The challenge asked that you cut this cupcake from the Cricut Sweet Treats cartridge or if you don't have that cartridge to use any cupcake you have.

My goal this year is to use and enjoy more of my older cartridges. So today I used the Wild Card cartridge to make the shape of the card. The cupcake was cut from the Sweet Treats cartridge.

The sentiment on the inside is from the Scrappy Moms "Sweet Somethings" stamp set.

RECIPE-
Face Stamp: Peachy Keens Princess Face assortment.
Sentiment Stamp: Scrappy Moms Sweet Something stamp set.
Paper: Zebra print is from Recollections Animal pack.
Cricut Cartridges: Wild Card, Sweet Treats.
Embossing: Cuttle Bugs Polka Dot folder.

You're Too Cool!

Happy Saturday!!
Last night we got a ton of snow after going weeks without any snow. It was really starting to feel like spring here. :) but now it looks like a winter wonderland out there. So as I sat in my craftroom trying to decided what I wanted to create I kept looking out the window and all I could see was snow, snow and more snow so I decided I would just go with it and make a penguin card. I hope you enjoy. :)
RECIPE
Cricut Cartridge: Create a Critter
Paper: DCWV's Glitter Stack
Embossing: CB's Polka Dot Folder
Stamps: PK for the face and
Scrappy Moms "Amusing Animals" for the sentiment.
Others: Twine from "Trendy Twine, White & Black gel pens.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

I'M BACK!! :)

Wow, it feels like forever since I've been able to craft. But now that the tree is down, the kids are back in school, and family has gone home I've had a some time to sit in my craftroom and play. :) It's been awhile since I've enter anything into a challenge (September was the last one.) so I really wanted to make something for a challenge. And today's card actually meets 2 of them.

1.)Challenge Me Mondays- Cup

2.)Die Cuttin' Divas- Sketch (I turned it.)

For this card the paper came from SEI's Black Orchid and the tea cup is from the Cricut wall Decor and More cartridge. The fabulous sentiment is from Scrappy Mom's "Sweet Somethings" stamp set.

I hope you enjoyed my card and have a great day!!

Just a quick reminder, Scrappy Mom's will be doing their January Stamp release on January 13th and I'm so excited to be their Guest Designer this month! You'll want to come back to see what they have come out with and what I've created with them. You are going to LOVE it!!
