The Stuff We Made at Scrapbook Expo USA

Hello all my crafty friends. As most of you know I spent the last two days at the Scrapbook Expo they had here in Utah. They have it twice a year (the next one is in September.) I have always wanted to go but never gotten the chance, something always seemed to come up. So this year was my first time going. :) And I was lucky enough to have my wonderful friend Katie come with me. Yay! We had so much fun! We have already started planning for the Fall Expo.

So here are some pictures of the fun things we were able to make while we were there.

My Friend Katie was able to score us a couple of free tickets to one of the Cricut classes (awesome job Katie!) and this is what we made. The lunch box is to hold all of your cards for when you go to swaps. It is so much prettier and vibrant in person.
Here are some of the Make and Takes. The cook book was made using the Imagine and the key chains were made using the Stand and Salute cartridge and embossed with the new Cuttle Bug machine. (I prefer the old machine.) The people at the Cuttle Bug booth were kind enough to let me make 4 key chains when I told them I wanted to make them for my kids.

These are more of the make and takes. The photo book was made with the Your Story Mini, Embossed with the Cuttle Bug, and I think the images were cut from the Storybook Cartridge. but I'm not positive. I also just noticed that I glued my "S" upside down on my book. :) The shirt was done using the Yudu machine. I had so much fun making it it! I never really gave this machine much thought but now that I've used it I really, really want it and it is next on my "Must Have" list!
I also made a cupcake with the Cricut Cake machine but my daughter ate it before I could take a picture. she said it tasted Yummy. :)
I hope you enjoy and have a great day!
