Whimsical Wednesday Challenge

Welcome to another Whimsical Wednesday.
First off I want to start my post with some very exciting announcements. Drum roll please……
I am very excited to announce that I‘ve been asked back for another term as a Whimsical Wednesday Designer! Also, our wonderful founder Stephanie from Whimsical-Designs (formally “Always Crafting”) will be coming out with her very own stamp line!!

She has some openings for permanent positions and also guest designer positions. Please go to Whimsical Designs for more information. :)
I can’t wait to start showcasing these fabulous new stamps. You are going to LOVE them!! The release date is just round the corner so you are going to want to stayed tuned for the next few days to get all the information. J
Alright, now on to my project.

Today’s challenge is- “Any Thing Goes”
For my project I decided to make an 8.5x11 scrapbook page of my oldest child. I am so grateful for ALL of my wonderful children but for this challenge I chose to focus specifically on him. He has been so amazing and wonderful in this last year since the baby came. He is always so willing to help in any way possible changing, diapers, making bottles, reading to his other siblings, and even helping them with homework if I’m busy with the baby; all with little to no complaint. I don’t know what I would do without him. He is such a blessing in my life!!
For this layout I cut the title from 2 of the fonts on Cricut’s “Boys Will Be Boys” cartridge. The second thing I cut was the files on the side of the photo, these were cut from the Cricut “From My Kitchen” Cartridge.

Here they are pulled out so you can see them. My husband and I have written a letter to our son on these cards telling him how much we love him and how grateful we are for everything he does but for privacy reasons I chose to take the picture before writing the letter. J
Our sponsor for this week is our fabulous and talented design sister Nanne. Nanne has donated a variety of Webster's Pages Scrapbooking Supplies. Thank you Nanne!!
To see what the other amazing designers have come up with please go to our Whimsical Wednesday page HERE at Whimsical-Designs. (Whimsical Wednesdays new home.)
One last thing before you go. I want to remind everyone about the Scraptastic blog hop happening on November, 4th at 7:00pm EST.
A Scraptastic Blog Hop
There will be blog candy and fabulous inspiration along the way!!
