Welcome back for another Scrapbook Whimsical Wednesday.
The challenge this week is to make a interactive layout:
Here is a little back story on today's layout. Our 10-month -old son Lucas LOVES being outside so anytime he's fussy we take him out to the front porch and it calms him right down. Well, the other day his teething was unbearable. He was screaming and nothing not even sitting on the porch could calm him down. The only thing that would make him happy was eating the leaves on our tomato plants. So my husband and I just let him go to town while I took tons of pictures. :)
Here is my 2 pg 8.5x11 layout.
The cartridge I used for this whole LO was "Freshly Picked". I printed the Yum,Yum, Yummy with my computer and doodled with my gels pens. On the stems of the tomatoes I added lime green Stickles. For the fence I embossed with CB Distressed Stripes folder.
(Here is the 2nd page.)
On this page my interactive parts are: the tag that comes out of the pocket and the green stem comes out of the dirt and will have journaling on them. The gnomes face is Peachy Keens Retro set and the dirt is embossed with CB Tiny Bubbles folder.
Here are both pages together. I pulled up the stems so you can see the journaling tag attached.
Please stop on over at the Whimsical Wednesday Blog to see what the talented design team has come up with for your inspiration and for all the details about the challenge. I can wait to see what you will create for this challenge. :)
Thank you Kimberly.
Thank you for stopping by and have a great day! :)
