My Custom Stamp Is Here!!

I am so excited!!

My stamp I had custom made from "Stamp out online" arrived on Saturday!

Here it is!

I've been stamping it on everything in every color of ink I have. :)

This is the first stamp I've ever had done and I just love it. The ladies were so great to work with and they were so patient with me when I really wasn't sure what I wanted. If you're looking to get a personalized stamp, I highly recommend going through them!

Sorry I'm late ~ Belated Birthday card

I made this card for a friend that had her Birthday last week. For this card I used the "Paisley" cartridge to cut the turtle at 4in. I embossed with the CB 5x7 Polka Dot folder. I also added Stickles in Red and Fruit Punch and did some doodling with a white gel pen.

Valentine Container ~ LFIF Challenge

Peachy Keens Lets Face It Friday challenge is to make an altered item to hold Valentine cards. (Click on the link to read all the info.)

When they announced this challenge I thought it would be perfect to make a "Love Note" container for my kids. Each day my kids can write little notes to their siblings telling something they love about each other and every night after dinner we can sit down and read them and then the kids can keep the ones that are for them.

A lot of the DT used mail boxes from the dollar spot at Target but I am currently tapped out on money so I decided to use what I already had... formula cans. I had no idea what to do with them until this challenge came along.

Here is the top. I used "Making The Grade" cartridge for the words and "Mini Monograms" for the circles.

Here is the front of the can. I used "Love Struck" cartridge for the hearts and PK "Snow Cutie" stamps for the faces.

Here is the side. The punch is Martha Stewart.

These are the cards I made to fit in the can. My kids will be making round postcards that they can decorate on one side and write on the other.

When Life Gives You Lemons... Simply Charmed Cartridge

I made this card for my friend Jen aka The Purple Scrapbooker.

I actually made it a few weeks ago, but I didn't want to post it until she had gotten my package. Then after she got it I just kept forgetting to post it.

But here it is now. :)

I am also entering this into Scrappy Moms Stamps Terrific Tuesday Challenge.

I used "Simply Charmed" cartridge for all the cuts and Peachy Keen stamps for the faces.

I embossed, added Stickles, and doodled with my gel pens.

Here is the sentiment on the inside. ( I forgot to take pictures and remembered just before mailing it so I have a piece of paper covering up what I wrote to her.)

For the Blog Hop we were to create some kind of Valentine project and I decided I really wanted to focus on making some kind of "more manly" Valentines as I always seem to make mine way too girly for the men in my life.

My project is a Valentine Gift Card Set.

This is the box I made to hold the cards.

This is not a Cricut cut. I made it using my Martha Stewart score board. I got the directions off the Internet some time last year but I can't remember from where. Sorry.

Here is my first card. I used the Handy Man Lite cartridge for all the cards. I cut the image at 4in.

For this card I cut this image at 3in

Here is the last card. The box I made will actually fit 5 cards but I didn't get around to the last 2 due to a couple of my kids getting sick. :(

We Are The Ultimate Fit! ~ Cricut Cardz Challenge #60

I made this card for the challenge going on over at Cricut Cardz Challenge.

For this challenge you needed to make a Valentine's card for a man using any colors or cartridge.

I used my new "Old West" cartridge for the pocket. (pg 65)

I added Cinnamon Stickles to the notch marks to make them pop.

The hearts were cut from the "Plantin Schoolbook" cartridge.

Here is the card when you pull the heart out of the pocket.

The sentiment was printed from my computer.

I kept this card really simple but I love how it turned out.

You Are Out Of This World! ~ LFIF Challenge

I made this card for Peachy Keens Let's Face it Fridays.

For the challenge you have to use a PK face stamp and have X&O's on the project. I really wanted to use paper that had x&o's on it but I didn't have any so I just made my own with a dollar stamp from Michel's and colored it with Bic markers. The face stamp is from the " Monster Mash Face Assortment". The punch is from Martha Stewart and the sentiment is from my computer.
