Welcome to Jen's Happy Birthday Blog Hop!
If you came here from Sarah - www.pinkcricut.com then you are in the right place but if you just happened across my blog then you will want to start at the beginning at
Now on to the hop.
First, I want to thank Jen for asking me to be apart of her Birthday celebration.
This hop has been so much fun to prepare for. For this hop we were asked to do anything birthday themed. My oldest is turning 10 on the 23rd and has requested a Batman themed birthday this year so I though I'd try my hand at my very first banner.
For the banner I used my Batman: The Brave and the Bold cartridge.
(Here is a close up)
My son wanted both pieces to be embossed and he chose the "Diamond Plate" CB folder for the bat shapes and CB "Tiny Mosaic" folder for the letters. We also used silver ink to go over the diamond plate texture.
I also made him a card to go with his gift. (He really loves cards and actually saves them on his book shelf.)
Now for the candy: I'll be mailing out a $10.00 gift card from Michael's. You do not have to be a follower to win but if you like my blog then it would be awesome if you were to follow me.
Just leave a comment with a way for me to get in contact with you.
