Digital Snowman Card

I made this to enter in to My Pink Stamper's Christmas themed challenge. You just had to make a card or scrapbook page for Christmas or winter. The snowman is a free digital stamp I can't remember where I got it from but I think it might be from freedigitalstamps.blogspot.com
I colored him with Bic markers and added Stickles to the snow on his hat and also on the ground. I hope you enjoy and have a great day. :)

My Pink Stamper Color Challenge

Robyn over at My Pink Stamper is having a color challenge. You have to use 2 shades of Pink, 2 shades of blue, and black.
This is what I came up with.
For this card I used the Simply Charmed cartridge and cut the images at 2 1/4in. The sentiment is from Pink By Design. I don't know if you can tell but the dark pink mat is shimmer paper and there a silver snowflakes on the pink ribbon.
I hope you enjoy and have a great day. :)

Mommy and Me Time: Playing with the Cricut

Right now in school my 6-year-old son Isaac is learning about the American flag and what the stars and stripes stand for. Since this is what they are studying his teacher wanted each student to create a 8.5x11 flag of themselves and then they will bring them to class and talk about what each thing on there flag stands for.

My son chose to put a boy riding his bike, Hot dogs, Ice cream, Popsicle, and Jr.

Here are some pictures of him inking around the edge with his green stamp pad.

And here it is completed.
JR. is his nickname, the 3 hot dogs are for his 3 brothers, the ice cream is for his 1 sister, the 2 popsicles are for his foster brother and his foster sister, and that is him riding his bike. He says he chose the hot dogs, ice cream, and popsicles because they are his favorite foods. :)
We had so much fun working on this together and hope you also enjoy.
Have a great day. :)

Cartridges used:
Car Decals,
Simply Charmed,
Robotz (for the JR.)

25th Anniversary Card

Today is my parents 25th wedding anniversary.
This is the card that I made for them.

This is a Regular card that fits in to a A2 sized envelope. The scalloped squares were cut from the StoryBook cartridge and so was the 25. I really wanted to keep it simple but elegant.

Here is the inside of the card.
I hope you enjoy and have a great day. :)

Birthday Card- Action Wobble

It was my Father in-laws Birthday a few days ago so my kids and I made him a card. For this card I used the Smiley Cards cartridge on my Gypsy. We kept the card very simple since he's not really into cards. :)

I made a quick video to show the movement from the "action wobble".

Family Tree ~ Crafting with my sister

Wow! It's been along time since I've posted any craftiness! My crafting mojo has been on vacation for the last few weeks.
A week ago my sister came to visit for a few days and while she was visiting she asked me if I could help her with a project that she wanted to make for her in-laws and also for our parents for Christmas. She hates crafting but she is really in to family history so for Christmas she wanted to make "Family Tree" posters.

The top picture is my sister working on her in-laws poster. This one was pretty easy for us to do once we finally figured out what it is we really wanted to do.
For the posters we chose to put the Grandparents in the big center tree and all of their kids are the smaller trees and the Grandkids are the apples
Our family was a little more difficult since we have 16 kids and 40+ Grandkids so fitting it all on the board was a little tricky.
My sister had to go home before we were able to complete the project but I gave her the cartridges we were using so she can finish it with our mom's Cricut and hopefully she will send me pictures of the completed project so I can post them.
I hope you and that you all have a great night!
